Spacious Casita, Quiet, Peaceful Home - No Stairs!

Cozy Casita in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. California King bed sleeps two comfortably. 50 inch TV has cable, Netflix, DVD player with assortment of movies. Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Charming Historical guest house situated on a mountainside with panoramic views overlooking the pool and city lights! 1.6-acre property near the Superstition Mountains. Pool, Hot tub, Fire pit, Gas Grill, Mountain bikes or Beach cruisers. Charming 500 sq. ft. Studio Cottage with all new flooring, full size murphy bed, full bath, full kitchen and 2 covered patios. Cottage had a complete renovation, but we have left some of the original character of the home. Great location for hiking and biking.

Centrally located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks, bars, hospitals, 10 minutes from Cubs and Oakland A's spring training stadium. Mile from Historic downtown Gilbert with food, bars and entertainment. Located two miles from Banner Gateway Hospital. We are just off the U.S. 60 and Val Vista road. Severe pet allergy! Please consider other locations if traveling with a pet.

In the desert Southwest the meaning of a casita is a smaller (450 sq feet) but self-contained attached private space. This is a Casita consisting of a spacious modern bedroom with an ice maker, refrigerator , microwave, an induction hot plate with a fry pan and a BBQ grill with utensils. Bathroom has a travertine snail shower for two. This casita is 2 miles to the Tonto National Forest with kayaking and Saguaro Lake . Ten minutes to the Superstition Wilderness . Walk to Usery trails.
