Atelier apartment at the foot of the Wartburg

Entire, independent studio, 52 sqm, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg, or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, Markt u. Lutherhaus 10-15 min., Wartburg: approx. 35 min. (Waldweg), Bahnhof: approx. 15 min. Hiking: Right behind the house begins the forest and many hiking opportunities close by. I am more than happy to give tips and information material. The windows of the studio go to the yard, which partly greener serves as a parking space to the (large) part. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby downtown (about 6-10 minutes walking distance). The surrounding southern district is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and worth seeing alone because of its many Art Nouveau villas. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min ) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio ( non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people on a comfortable sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). Since there are always requests, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are at the guests' disposal. Sheets, towels and hair dryers are available. In addition, of course: washing utensils/tea towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests traveling by car have a private parking available right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on wednesdays, (arrival wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school-holidays. Note: with the exception of the Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4-6 pm. If your stay is a Wednesday, you will get a delicious breakfast as a small reimbursement. Just let me know your wish day before arrival.

Beautiful idyllic cottage on 3000 sqm land A lot of hiking and bike trails offer all the possibilities. In addition, there are quite a few downhill ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails available in winter. The popular destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. At 950 m, the water dome is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers an extensive range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, sailing and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).

Dear potential guests: Whether in transit, for a small break or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - on the balcony with panoramic views or in front of the blazing fire in the fireplace. The sofa-bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and good gastronomy - around it a lot of forest. Our cafe has breakfast on weekdays from 6 or 7 o'clock on weekends.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.
