The apartment has a splendid view of the estuary from the main living area. There are 2 bedrooms, one of which has a view of the sea too! Being a ground floor flat there is easy access to the shared lawn outside. There is a designated car-parking space. Leigh station is a 15-minute walk away and 55 mins from London Fenchurch st.

You’ll love my place because it has recently been renovated to a very high standard and is a modern living space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The property actually has 2 x bedrooms, however the second bedroom is used as a dressing room and no second bed is provided. The garden is decked and includes a table and chairs.
