An independent 2nd floor apartment in a small Liberty-style villa, with a splendid lake and mountain view, fire place. Luminous, functional, very peaceful and relaxing. Sleeps 2 (max 4): Bedroom with a double bed. (+extra beds available for studio corner). Town center + shops at 2 km. Stresa and surroundings are beautiful all year round, also in winter. Fabulous places for mountain hiking, skiing, golf. Check-in possible during lunch hours (11.30am-1pm) or in the evening after 6pm.

The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, "occupancy tax" has come into effect. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Minors under 14 years of age are excluded.
