Entire house 6 travelers 3 bedrooms - 5 beds - 2 bathrooms - private swimming pool - several terraces - parking (electric charger). “Cabin” on the port of La Teste. 10 minutes from the beaches and dune of Pilat. Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

Pleasant secure residence, quiet, quiet on the Basin side, no street in front of the apartment. Direct access to Eyrac beach by secure gate. Nice T2, pool side, completely renovated in March 2024, second line, beach view, PRIVATE PARKING IN the RESIDENSE, LINENS PROVIDED, PARTIAL POOL VIEW, close marina, access to the city center and Aiguillon by seafront promenade.
