Then we will take the escalators that leads to the top of the mountain, and I will show you an amazing viewpoint to see all Medellin City, (here we will try more local food). Then we'll go to Independencia 2 to see more about the second part of the history, explaining about the biggest urban mass grave in a all the world, Present and Transformation of the Comuna 13 as well. You will experience the joy of interacting with several adorable nigerian dwarf goats at our farm in Crosby, Texas. We are nestled in the woods and off the beaten path. We will sail on canoe through the most conserved channels of Xochimilco wetland. Dancing Tango is an opening of the soul to the person you are dancing with, it’s a magical feeling that, when one feels it, one understands right away that it’s a lifestyle and also why this movement keeps existing through time until today, and that’s why people still live it in different bars and places around the city. This experience is right for this! It’s not only seeing or knowing Tango… It’s undertanding it, living it, and, specially, feeling it! And how are we going to achieve all of this? We will go to a tiny and old mansion in the ‘tanguero’ neighborhood of San Telmo, where we can relax a little bit in an open air terrace, private to our group; Then, we will take a grupal tango lesson (it’s not required, but recommended), when we will learn basic things about tango, so we will be able to dance with local people; Now, let’s go to the milonga! The milonga is the place where local people go to dance tango regularly (private transfer is included); Showtime!! Finally, we wil see a performance of a live orchestra or a couple of professional dancers!

What you'll do The first step will be to show you the ingredients that you can find in all Oaxacan homes, one of the advantages of our experience is that we have a garden with herbs and organic chilis. Baldo my son will share his knowledge in mezcal. We have an extend variety of agaves and homemade creations that you need to try. An open bar of mezcal is waiting for you. Snacks? Of course but you need to do Oaxacan style which includes worms, chicatanas and chapulines. Fist course we will offer chileajo tostadas and fruit water. Have you heard anything about the metate and how tortillas are made by hand? Here we will show you how to make tortillas, tetelas and memelitas. One of my specialties is salsas made in a molcajete, we will roast the ingredients over charcoal and comal. In every class we make 4 to 6 salsas depending seasonal ingredients. The mole is the emblem of our cuisine and we will make one of the 7 moles from scratch using a metate, you can’t leave our home without tasting our mole negro, chocolate de agua, café de olla, nieves and a delicious cake. Everyone will participate in the different processes, cutting ingredients from the garden, making sauces and of course eating. Live a true El Yunque rainforest experience with a local. Excellent for foodies and adventure fans. We visit 2 waterfalls and the famous waterslide. TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED.
