Beautiful 60m2 loft, suitable for business trips, couples and students. The Loft is very bright, all exterior. Very nice terrace. Very well connected, both by car and by public transportation: -Airport 11 min. -IFEMA 10 minutes away. - Chamartín Train Station 10 minutes away. -Bernabéu 13 min. -Cuatro Torres Business Area 9 min. - Center 25 minutes. The metro station is 5 minutes walking. Line 4. For buses a 3 min walk away. If you come by car it will be very easy for you to park on the street.

Relax and unwind in this quiet and stylish accommodation in Madrid. It is a safe residential area. You have buses that connect to various areas of the cityMadrid. There are several metro stations about 15 min walk; the buses 2 minutes walk in front of the house. There are supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, pharmacy, dry cleaner/laundry nearby and I offer a washing and drying service (not ironed) for a small amount. There is also good communication with the airport.
