Newly built house, with lots of light and ocean views from every room. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 large living room-kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed, 1 very complete bathroom, chillout penthouse and community pool with a small garden. The beach is a short walk from the apartment, which is surrounded by gardens, pedestrian areas and cycle paths. There are restaurants, beach bars, and shops within walking distance. Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap.
