La mia casa sul mare, con accesso diretto e privato alla spiaggia di San Giovanni, è vicinissima al centro del paese, alla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria, adue passi dal porto turistico. L'appartamento a disposizione degli ospiti si trova al piano terra ed è composto da un ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto che si affaccia su una grande terrazza vista mare, una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sul mare, una camera a due letti con vista sul giardino ed il bagno con doccia.

Casetta mobile si trova in una piccola e incantevole località di Marina di Tertenia, circa 300 metri dal mare. La prima spiaggia di Scoglio Rosso(ciottoli) è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. la seconda, spiaggetta di Barisoni ( sabbia con dietro un pò di ciottoli) dista circa 800 metri ed è raggiungibile a piedi. Per arrivare alle altre due spiagge principali Foxi Murdegu e Foxi Manna (sabbia) ci vogliono pochi minuti di macchina. La casa è ideale per gli amanti di relax e tranquillità.

The house is particularly suitable for families with children, sun loungers and high chairs are available free of charge and children are dedicated to a play area in the small pine forest. Independent apartment with a large veranda overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Arbatax and the characteristic Isolotto d 'Ogliastra. The apartment is on the lower floor of a 3-story house, totally independent and with private parking space. The highlight is definitely the large outdoor veranda where you can enjoy the beautiful view, eat and drink in an enchanting atmosphere. My parents live on the top floor of the house, so they're always available.
