Is fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner but if that’s not enough, she has underfloor heating throughout. A recently installed wood fired Hot Tub has become a popular addition.

Located on the edge of the city overlooking beautiful countryside but just 20 minutes from the centre via nearby bus stop. Free street parking outside or close by. No kitchen but microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge & crockery provide for simple catering. There’s also WiFi and a smart TV. The Den adjoins the main house via a locked door. Relax in the lovely garden when the weather allows.
