The house is modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.

For rent duplex of 67 m², exceptional sea view, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 box spring into two 80 beds if there is a need. Enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for a check-in after 4 P.M. and a checkout at 10 A.M., for the other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

The studio 10 m from the beach and 5 min drive to restaurants, shops, casino, Thalasso, and especially the famous pink granite rocks of Ploumanach by the customs trail. You will appreciate my accommodation of 20 m2 for the panoramic sea view and its comfort : 1° floor with lift, electric bed 2x70x200, BZ 140x190, umbrella bed with baby mattress. Meals by the sea, ample parking. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay, for couples, with a child or solo.
