My house of 60 m2 is located in a residential area close to the city center and the water basins (10 minutes walk),but also the fishing port and the submarine base (15 minutes walk), or the beaches (5-10 minutes by car). You will appreciate the interior spaces and charm of the old renovated as well as the outdoor wooden terrace. Small shops nearby (tobacco,press,bakery,supermarket...) Easy free parking on the street. Very quiet street.
