Spring at The Beach House is very special. Relaxing after returning from a game of golf or tennis or a walk along the beach or the river you can enjoy the stunning views from the verandahs while relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.The wildflowers are spectacular! Recently renovated in a style which combines the essence of a shabby chic beach cottage with the Hamptons and provincial France this lovely house offers a location which is only a 3 minute walk to the ocean and the river.

You will have the EXCLUSIVE use of Misty' downstairs which includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard and the lovely alfresco area which leads to the SHARED backyard. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs. We are centerally located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep you will be welcomed to chill at Misty's home. We are an easy walk from the lagoon beach, cafes/resturant/& supermarket.

House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games.
