Travel 3/4 mile off the county road onto a private dirt road **note dirt road and can wash out *** Farmhouse decor , covered porch with rocking chairs, extra open loft bedroom , outside fire pit, bbq grill, fenced backyard and plenty of outdoor space to explore. We are close to town for all your needs but far enough out to feel away from it all. It is fenced and set apart from the other tiny home on the property.

Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.
