Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Depending on how cozy you like it. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed plus TV. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 50 inch TV … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!.
