This Beautiful Lake House is the perfect getaway for the whole family. Outside features the Hot Tub, Patio, Fire Pit, and Covered Dock overlooking the 7 acre lake. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a small lake that doesn’t allow motor boats. Within a 1/4 mile from Valle Vista Conference Center. We’re located in the heart of Old Greenwood but just a few minutes from Indianapolis. Everything is close by including Food, Shopping, and Entertainment. Downtown Indianapolis is just 15 minutes away.

Take a short walk to find the 1 acre pond that is great for fishing. The Farmhouse is 10 minutes to downtown Ellettsville, 12 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, 15-20 minutes from IU Stadium, 22 minutes to IU health hospital, and 35 minutes to Lake Monroe! Backwoods Boujie

This lake house is definitely in the backwoods Indiana but you will never have to "rough" it here. We have five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, full laundry room and plenty of room to relax outside and in. Come fish, stream movies, sit around a fire, soak in the hot tub, cook a homemade meal or eat out. I have several recommendations in my guidebook for restaurants, wineries, golf and hiking 25min-Downtown Indy 12 min - Mooresville. 15-20min -Plainfield 15-20 min- IND airport

Bring the whole family to this spacious home! The home features 3 bedrooms on the main level and an upstairs bunkroom. The house sleeps 10 people. 20 minutes to Bloomington, Nashville, and Brown County Beautiful fire pit, spacious deck overlooking the lake, and much more! Other things to note: The bunk beds are best for children. The lower bunk beds are suitable for adults, but the upper bunks are strictly for children and have a weight limit 140lbs.
