This can cause traffic noise from the 5, however, there are multiple hotels and other vacation rentals on the same street which does not seem to bother many guests.** Easy access to freeway allowing for quick and easy travel to multiple sought-after destinations such as San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland and many others! There is a bar conveniently located across the road. If the mood grabs you, you can walk over and enjoy some adult beverages and music. Close to Camp Pendleton, multiple hiking trails, several golf courses and of course, famous Southern California beaches. San Clemente Summer Weekend Trolly - FREE- taking you from a near by stop every 15 minutes all around beautiful San Clemente! Uber, Lyft and taxis are readily available! Amtrak, Pacific Surfliner Route - train - takes you from San Clemente to Sea World, all the way to Downtown San Diego. Heading north, the Surfliner takes you directly through Anaheim, making your ticket to Disneyland worry free. Not to mention, this convenient train will take you all the way to Los Angeles. No parties or events are allowed *Strict quiet time after 10pm sharp *Guests are required to clean-up after themselves when using the front patio & grill We respect the privacy of our guests but are only a phone call or text message away! The cottage is nestled in the quieter, residential area of Belmont Shore and close to Bay Shore Beach. The town’s main street, 2nd Street, is a short walk away with buzzing restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutiques. - Like many other Belmont Shore units, there is no central a/c. However, we have included one portable a/c in the space to be used should it get warm. - There is on-site parking for small to medium-sized vehicles. - There is a shared laundry in the back of the unit ($1.50 each for washer and dryer, please bring quarters). Detergent and fabric softener is provided. - Our unit is equipped with a SmarTV, cable, and Netflix. - The master bedroom includes a new, queen-sized Simmons Beautyrest mattress. - For parents of small children, we provide a Graco pack n’ play, crib sheets, high chair, toddler cups, plates, utensils, and a sound machine.
