Located in the recently remodeled Ashford Imperial Condominium opposite of the Marriot Hotel at the heart of Ashford Avenue in Condado. The condominium has a 24 hour doorman, a luxury lobby and library with free WiFi, swimming pool, gym and a coin operated laundry room. Access is restricted to guests and/or residents. The building is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, designer boutiques, stores, spas, gym, beauty salons, 24 hour drug stores, casinos, bars, hotels, banks, la “Ventana al Mar” (beach front open space park), church, hospital and public transportation and approximately a 10 minutes drive from San Juan International Airport and 5 minutes drive from Old San Juan. Taxis and public transportation are easily accessed in front of the building in Ashford Avenue and/or the Marriot Hotel. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a queen size bed, a full size futon (sofa bed), air conditioning, walk in closet, 32” flat screen HDTV, cable, high speed internet with WiFi, DVD, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fully equipped kitchen. For more privacy, the queen bed has been elegantly separated from the living space. It has a comfortable balcony with view to the Atlantic Ocean and the activity of Ashford Avenue. One parking space is available for an additional daily fee of $10.00. The apartment is perfect for small families, honeymooners, business and leisure travelers who want to relax and enjoy Puerto Rico from the convenient location of Condado. Botanica House by the Lagoon

This is a very cozy styled house with its traditional patterned flooring tile and details. This house has two stories, on the first story you'll find the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room (with a sofa bed for extra sleep space) and a full bathroom. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms, each bedroom with a full size bed and closet space, a full bathroom with traditional pink tile-work and a Balcony with seating and BBQ. This house its very close to the San Juan Lagoon where you can rent out paddle boards and kayaks to stroll along the Lagoon (just a 10 min walk or less) and close to Escambrón Beach which can take about a 15 minute walk over. Guests are able to self check in as we provide a lock box at the entrance. They have access to the parking space in front of the house and access to the whole house as well. We love to interact with our guests but understand that some prefer to settle in on their own so thats why we have provided guests with the self check in process. We are ALWAYS available to our guests if they need us and we can meet up with them whenever needed and help with whatever they need! The neighbourhood is a very central, yet relaxed place. The property is close to the most popular restaurants in the Miramar area, and San Juan Laggon Bay is just three minutes away for kayaking and paddle boarding. To get around in this area its very easy. The house is very close to restaurants and supermarket that you can actually walk to. If guests will not be renting any vehicles the Uber is the best way to get around in the metro area.

Beautiful Modern Style & Location

Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

Quiet residential area to relax, work and wander around the city all at once. Private and fully equipped for your comfort, including car garage, this place is a well kept hidden gem! If you are a wanderer, we have local restaurants and coffee spots just a few steps away. I have put a lot of work and love to my apartment so I expect guests to appreciate and respect it as if it were their own, this includes my neighbors. NO parties, smoking, yelling or loud noises allowed, quiet time after 10pm.

Garden Oasis, Steps to the Beach

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

**Perfect Location**

Beach is less than one block There are many shops, bars, restaurants very close. Salsa dancing at the Marriott (.2 mi), the casino at La Concha (.5 mi), banks/ATM. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and sits in a perfect location. Sofa bed for extra guest (see pics). The apt is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
