Charming F3 5 minute walk to beach

Charming apartment on the ground floor independent villa not overlooked, small garden, quiet residential area, 5 minutes walk to the surfers beach, 100m from the hiking start of the Caravelle. Private Jacuzzi, superb outdoor area, all interior comfort. The Tartane area and in particular the housing establishment are not at all exposed to sargasses arrivals. No direct sea view. Housing and outdoor areas very shady.

Bonjour We offer our cute little bungalow. It is attached to our house but only the main entrance is common. You will have your private and independent space. It is composed of a 17 m² bedroom with its ensuite shower room as well as a 15 m² terrace with outdoor kitchen. Guests can enjoy the views of the Carbet pitons by sipping your ti punch. A small, little known and charming beach is less than a 10 min walk away.
