This quiet and spacious family accommodation is located at the bottom of the villa, in a residential area on the hills of Trinidad with a small sea and countryside view. Beaches (Anse Cosmy) and all nearby shops including the fish market. 70M2 apartment: equipped kitchen with bar, living room, 2 air-conditioned non-adjacent bedrooms (1 with a 160 X 200 bed and the other with 2 90X190 beds) and 2 bathrooms. Decorated terrace of 40 m2 on garden. Laundry room. No parties accepted.

Peaceful T2 , view and sea access.

The apartment is located in Tartane in a quiet area, between Anse Bonneville and Anse l 'Etang, on the ground floor of our house. It is composed of an air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen-living area. The covered terrace, overlooking a delicious tropical garden, extends the sea view that the apartment offers. An access path of about 80 m leads directly to a charming little cove. Surfers' beach (5') and Parc Naturel are within walking distance as well.

Very nice brand new apartment.

Meals take on a nice sea view, the apartment is quiet, very well located, 1 km from the city center, pharmacy, bakery, post office and various small shops, you can pick up your fresh fish on foot, the fish market is 200 m away, and the local market is 1 km away, you have two nice little beaches 5 minutes away, Les Raisiniers and Cosmy. Located on the Atlantic side 15 minutes from the natural reserve of the Caravelle Peninsula and 35 minutes from the airport.

My place is close to the sea. You'll love my place because of the view. Local fishermen can take you to Madame Island, Josephine's bathtub, etc. My place is perfect for couples with children or solo travelers or up to 3 adults. We live upstairs and the apartment is on the ground floor. Several beautiful beaches nearby. The beach of Les Salines is about 1 hour away. We are 20 minutes from the shopping malls.
