This house is our holiday home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to be able to accommodate travelers passing by the Atlantic... The house is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the bottom of a deadlock, very calm. All journeys can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The garden of 400 m2 is enclosed and wooded. There is a parking space. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Our house is cleaned and disinfected so that you feel confident enough. The SLICE ON THE SEA is 30 minutes from LA ROCHELLE or LES SABLES D’OLONNE. It takes an hour to get to ILE DE RÉ.
