Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. Discover a tranquil retreat surrounded by banana plantations in the serene north of the island. Our estate offers two independent houses with spectacular views of the volcano and ocean. The main house accommodates up to 5 guests, while the guest house hosts up to 4. Both are decorated with unique artworks by my grandparents, artists and sculptors. Panoramic ocean views, amazing terrace

Wonderful 70 m2 attic with amazing panoramic views to the ocean, plus 30 m2 private solarium on the top. Nice ambient with special decoration. Ideal for couples or families of 4 people, although it can afford 6 using the bed sofa in the living room. It has two bedrooms, one looking to the sea and another one to the common gardens. A swimming pool is also available in the common areas. The complex is a quiet zone, no parties allowed. Sorry but no pets either.
