Romantic villa in a quiet area

Villa with private swimming pool and roof terrace. The accommodation contains 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is locked off for the non present owners). Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.

An ideal place to relax and enjoy your holiday with many bars , restaurants, supermarkets and pool complex(charge payable) just a short walk away . The beach is a short drive with free bus service in summer.There are books , board games and English tv for your use in the apartment. There is a rooftop solarium with lovely views of the mountains which is furnished with tables and chairs and sun loungers. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APARTMENT IS ON THE FIRST FLOOR,ACCESSED BY A SPIRAL STAIRCASE.

The apartment has fantastic sea views. From the living room and balcony and bedrooms you can enjoy this beautiful view. There is private parking and free WiFi (1000mb). There are 4 spacious beds (90cm/200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom has a lovely rain shower, the bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned. The apartment is centrally located, everything is close to restaurants and supermarket and beach is about 900m. Airport about 20 min drive

Best place to stay near Alicante and Torrevieja

Great place for short stays but also for the entire vacation. It has everything you need, clean and simple though comfortable enough to really relax. It has a downstairs terrace and also on the roof with a great sunny view all day. Also great when you have kids! The beach is a 10 minute drive and shops 5 minutes away.
