Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle of it.

Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with excellent access. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground floor terrace, is generously furnished on over 50 square meters, comfortable, stylish and charming. I offer our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. Located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. You can reach the center of Leipzig in 16 minutes by regional train. For relaxation, you are at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Please use a storage room for your bikes. Please note that smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also like to greet you in person when I'm in town.
