Newly built (2022) studio of 33m2 that has most of what you need. A 140cm bed in private sleeping alcove + 160cm comfortable sofa bed available. Terrace, parking and barbecue grill included. The property is located in scenic Öjaby in Växjö with only 400 meters to lake with beach. In the area there are playgrounds, swimming, hiking trails, bakery and kayak rental. 3,5 km to Växjö airport and about 6 km to the train station and Växjö city center. Welcome to live in a newly built apartment on top of a garage, own entrance upstairs and a balcony with a view of nice nature and forest. Walking distance to a lake ( 600 meters). Fishing possible. 7km away you will find Tingsryd, with stores and restaurants. The apartment is optimal for 2 people, but it is possible to stay up to 4 people if desired., extra bed and mattress on the floor. The owner also lives on the farm. Note that ground work remains during to complete the garden.
