This approximately 100 sqm apartment with a special flair offers space, comfort and an original architecture: Located in the annex of the main house (with its own entrance), an earlier swimming pool was converted in 2018 with great attention to detail into a bright, spacious apartment that can accommodate four people. It is equipped with whirlpool tub and sauna for wellness and relaxation and is located right next to the field and forest and the Eifel Nature Park with 1000 excursion possibilities (nature/Euregio/cities).

Cozy home with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace on the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Way of St. James, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You have the entire upper part of the house to yourself! The apartment is not lockable because of the emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not well suited for allergy sufferers, with physical restriction and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Apartment by the forest - be relaxed at the moment!

You can feel completely comfortable in this apartment with your own entrance. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of mud brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the fallow deer enclosure of the neighbor. The outdoor area and sauna (priced) are available for use. The apartment is only 4 km from the historic town centre of Bad Münstereifel. Relaxation -Sports - Nature - Shopping

The semi-detached house offers about 50 square meters of space for two people. Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 sqm of living space is located near the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the centre of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes in the vicinity such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.
