Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! Have a nice stay!

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

The bungalow for exclusive use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolute quiet location and belongs together with the owners' house to the worthy building in the greenland. There are no neighbours (single location). The beautiful place Jaidhof with castle and recreation pond is about 500 m away. Krems on the Danube is about 18 km away. The village of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At Stausee Krumau (10 km), you can take a boat trip.

Beautiful, spacious apartment at the winery in Rossatz in the Wachau. Idyllic location, amidst the vineyards. The apartment is located directly on the Danube cycle path, so the perfect starting point for a bike tour along the Danube, leisurely walks, hikes along the World Heritage ascent and much more. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. Attention, you can possibly be woken up by our chickens! Ideal for families, two adults & two children!
