Cozy home surrounded by nature, SAP nearby

My house is built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes holiday flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area to the east. In the large room there are then kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for leisure are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with wardrobe and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, rinse, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, handkerchiefs, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with lots of seating. The large courtyard to the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a barbecue and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to be available for information, questions, rolls and small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. Bakers, hairdressers, grocery stores and inns can be found right in the village. After Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg you can walk, or spend the day at the gliding airfield, the golf course or in the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, be sure to go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The S-Bahn train also works fine every half hour from the Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from us around the corner. To SAP St.Leon-Rot you can also cycle along a direct, tarred road through meadows and fields in 10 -15min. The surrounding area is very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Old Town: Small but very central apartment

One-bedroom studio with 160 cm queen size bed, small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. From the window you see the Neckar, within a few minutes you can walk to the main sights of Heidelberg. A supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. I won`t be there to greet you - the key will be left in a key safe at the door. But you can always reach me on Whats App. The apartment is not suitable for kids.

Comfortable than any hotel

Barrier-free apartment on the ground floor of a two-family house. South facing terrace with dining table and 4 chairs . Three minutes to Rewe, Aldi shopping center (open bon 7:00h to 24:00h). Alternative to the hotel ( SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle , toaster , microwave, dishes , pots ...should just report anything missing. We get almost everything. We want them to feel comfortable .

Look forward to relaxing days in our cozy newly renovated 104m² apartment with beautiful views. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house, in a quiet beautiful residential area with forest views, only 20 minutes from Heidelberg.! !! Please note due to the weather, we are unfortunately forced to stop the jacuzzi in the period from 12/20 to the end of February!!! Thank you for your understanding and wish you a pleasant stay!

Just next to Sinsheim station is this large, newly renovated apartment with a living area of 75 square meters in the district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgaus.
