The house is located on the east coast of the island, in the beautiful bay of Kipiadi, thirty metres from the sea which is reached by a direct descent. Ideal for families, even with young children, it has large outdoor spaces; terraces and stone lounges from which to enjoy a wonderful view and in the evening admire the stars. The nearest village is Longòs, which offers romantic resurrections overlooking the port, less than a kilometre away.

It is the third in the row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista , Rasalu house and N e ra d u house and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the goal of staying as it was 200 years ago.
