Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. You can do shopping in the village itself. If you are looking for a larger shopping center, Gorredijk (known for Rinsma modeplein) Sportstad/Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also easy to drive to.

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You stay in a comfortable, fully furnished vacation home. The house is next to our private house and has a private entrance. You have your own, enclosed terrace with plenty of privacy. In the immediate vicinity, there is a good chance that you will encounter deer or a kingfisher. The location is in a natural area with spacious walking and cycling possibilities. Larger cities are easily accessible, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. There is a direct bus to Heerenveen with ice rink Thialf.

Next to our small nature campground is a beautiful holiday home in the middle of nature. Jurjen made the cottage all by yourself and ensured that you can completely relax. The kitchen is a real “Oldtimer” but also with oven. A large dining room table overlooking the storks, a nice sofa to quietly read a book. A spacious shower with a fine jet. The wood-fired Hottub can be rented separately for €90,- for a weekend and €120,- for a midweek/week.

Our home is a small but very nice home. From the jetty you get on the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and equipped with all comforts. You can stay well with 4 people on the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now available as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is of course also available. And above all, a fantastic view. Check-in from 15: 00 and check-out until 12: 00.
