This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Cozy 1 bedroom apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wifi and parking available . The district Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Constance and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The apartment is ideal for 3 people, on request also 4 people possible.

The in-law is in a very quiet location without through traffic on the edge of the forest. The surrounding area invites for extensive walks, biking or hiking. The apartment has about 40sqm living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace with a view of the pond. Überlingen am Bodensee reachable in about 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also about 20 minutes away.

If they are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the bird's nest is not the right match. The luxury of the bird's nest is the wonderful simplicity.
