Wooden cottage near to sea with private pool

Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary. Quiet green place. The guesthouse is part of our house, with an independent entrance. It consists of 1 room on the ground floor (living room -office), 1 large space on the 1st floor, balcony and terrace with unlimited view. New equipment, double bed 2 single, with anatomic mattresses. We are painters - hagiographers and we love craftsmanship and nature. In 20 minutes by car many options for swimming. Close to supermarkets, taverns, cafes, very close to Avlonari. At 300 meters bus stop.
