Lovely holiday apartment of 47 m ². Includes entrance hall from which there is access to a bathroom with shower. In the living room, there is a sofa, Smart TV with all DR channels as well as the possibility of own Netflix etc., dining table, and exit to lovely east facing, covered terrace, with great views of the Little Belt. The house is located in a building with a total of 6 holiday apartments, and is 2 km from Hejls, where there are shopping opportunities in the local supermarket as well as pizza place. Only 19 km to Kolding. Legoland in Billund takes 55 minutes by car.

Great location by good beach and close to town

Summer home for rent, right on the beach View to the water and the beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the whole place to yourself, 130 sq.m. distributed on 2 floors. It consists of a kitchen/living room, entrances, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a nice large garden with terrace. Approximately 1.5 km to ice houses, where you can also pick up breakfast bread and a small kiosk with a barbecue bar that is open all summer and approximately 1.5 km to a campsite with a pool that you can use for a small amount of money.

Lovely cottage in a great location.

Holiday cottage with fantastic location on the south side of Kolding Fjord. The house is 60 m2 with large private terrace and large garden with lawn right down to the beach. There is access to a shared private bathing jetty. The house is located high above the fjord and guests can enjoy the most amazing views with sun all day from the terrace. There is private parking at the house with space for 2 cars. On the plot there is its own vineyard, pentaque court, outdoor fire pit, lots of cozy hooks and covered small terrace.

The little house on the water

Nice little cottage overlooking the Little Belt. Located just down to the Little Belt, there is ample opportunity to take a dip all year round with subsequent hot shower in the house's outdoor shower. Thehouse contains a kitchen/living room/living room with a heat pump, 1 bedroom and a bathroom. Here is a dishwasher, WIFI, TV with chromecast so tenants can/must use their own TV package. Around the house there is garden furniture that invites you to relax and stay outdoors. You can also use the house's two bikes.

Peace of mind/sand between toes

Our names are Anna and Rasmus. We and our two kids love cozy moments in our summerhouse, Rønnebo. The house has been family for generations, and it has a special impact to us. After a renovation, the house has become the magical gem we dreamed of. Here we find peace in nature, and when we leave we always have great memories to take home. Our two girls love to walk with bare toes all day and visit the icehouse on the harbor several times a day.

Direct view of the Little Belt with its own beach

Huset er et gammelt, restaureret fiskerhus med en ganske unik beliggenhed 30 meter fra egen strand. Det er indrettet som helårsbolig med 7 faste sengepladser og mulighed for 1 ekstra opredning. Udsigten ud over Bæltet og gåture langs stranden er egentlig rigeligt i sig selv - hvis vi selv skal sige det - men der er også masser af alternative udflugtsmuligheder, f. eks. Bridgewalking, marsvinesafari eller en tur i Madsby Parken i Fredericia.

This 1. Floor apartment is renovated in 2020 and there are 2 sleeping rooms and a loft with a big window and mattresses, where the kids love to stay. There is a lovely view to the sea which is only 75 meter away and LEGOLAND is under an hour away. The beach is very child friendly.
