We offer a peaceful stay in our house outside of the city and the crowds away from the center of Izmit. Our house is 20 minutes away from Sapanca Lake and 15 minutes away from the Forest and you can easily access the unique natural beauties of this environment. We are 20 minutes away from Kartepe district. You can get to Kartepe with a trip of about 45 minutes from the house. Our house has a fireplace. In this way, a warm vacation awaits you in the winter. NOTE: THE location Airbnb shows is incorrect. The house is located in Ortaburun.

In a three-acre garden, Hot water , wifi , fireplace, Swimming pool(will be active between June and September, please get information) 2min to village grocery store (by car) 5min to Kabakoz beach (by car) Benefit from products without additives from the greenhouse.
