The view outside offers a wonderful forest that invites you to walk and ride a bike. Above the forest is the Klippeneck at an altitude of 1000 meters. It belongs to the sunniest places in Germany.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
