Close to historic Palazu and beautiful park 600m for restoration and coffee. My apartment is located in a historic townhouse from the turn of the 16-17 century, on the first floor. This townhouse, along with an observation tower, is located in a historic zone. Currently, there are conversations regarding the renovation of the aforementioned tenement house and the area around it.

Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise about 150 m away.
