Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. I rent out a nice small apartment in the basement, about 38 m² and fully equipped. Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, by car 5 minutes away from the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg about 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, IngolstadtVillage 10 minutes, to the Danube breakthrough about 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park in about 13 minutes. We have a net supermarket, restaurants, butcher, baker, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.
