Renovated building with lots of lights nestled in an old world walk up (5 floors) , at the intersection of Soho and Nolita . Quite cozy place to relax while living in the heart of downtown manhattan , the location is literally as good as it gets . What the most attractive part , soho style windows to the south are facing the street bring great light into the place . Famous restaurants and bars around , One block in any direction will send u into different neighborhoods to explore .

Spacious Park Block Gem!

Beautiful, spacious basement space in the owners triplex, 1/2 a block from Prospect Park with a beautiful backyard, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and living/dining room. NY law requires that we technically share the space with you, but you have the space to yourself during your stay. The owner is home during your stay. We are walking distance to subways, restaurants, shopping, movies, zoo and more. We do have a large dog named Max who you may hear from time to time (barking).

Tranquil Room In A Quiet Neighborhood

This is a private house in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to the subway and about 45 minutes to midtown Manhattan once on the train. There is ample street parking. There is a desk for work in the bedroom, I am a native New Yorker, and have hosted people for over 15 years. I love learning about the different places my guest come from, and sharing with them a real New Yorker's experience. There are two very friendly and loving cats.🐱
