It’s attached but divided at the end of a main residence. You have two private entrances. LOCATION Situated in a rural residential beachside village on South Arm Peninsula. ⛱️ Access to beaches & the coastal walking track are all close by. MISLEADING 📌 We are NOT right on FORT beach. Algorithm fault by Bnb, yet to be rectified.

This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).
