Cozy LITTLE farmhouse 20 sqm, secluded in the host's courtyard. Park.place in garden. Wonderful location 150 meters away from the sea bay, 2.5 km to the city center with walking/bike lane. Bicycles are available to borrow. Kitchenette with kokpl. Tea/coffee br. microwave, fridge, grill. Small bathroom with a shower,toilet. Sheets/towels are included, can also be rented SEK 50 (€5) per person. Payable on arrival. Final cleaning before departure by tenant. Final cleaning can also be done by the host, by agreement, SEK 100 (€9) No pets, not smoking.

Lake view, fridge, stove, bathroom with shower, access to laundry room, Wi-Fi, terrace with grill, jetty with row boat. 3,5 km to Rimforsa with grocery store, restaurants and a beach. Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik.
