Gemütliche Wohnung, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche! Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Essecke , Fernseher und Stereoanlage. 3 gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Betten sind vorhanden. Längerer Aufenthalt möglich :) Preis hierfür auf Anfrage. Ebenso auf Anfrage kann man an manchen Tagen eher einchecken. E-Bikes und Fahrräder können auf der zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse abgestellt werden. Die Terrasse ist nur für die Gäste der Ferienwohnung abschließbar zugängig und stehen daher vor Diebstahl sicher!

After several years of successfully renting our "cozy attic in the Sauerland" on airbnb, we are now adding our small, cozy one-bedroom apartment. It can accommodate 1 to 4 guests. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, behind us the forest. Very quiet and idyllic. Bus stop nearby. A private entrance, small Corridor, living room with sofa bed and bedroom with TV await you. Also an equipped mini-kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Welcome to our cozy loft. Spend some nice days with us and feel at home. The apartment is located at the end of a dead end street in a quiet location. In 5-7 minutes walk there is a small supermarket, bakery, organic shop ect. Kreuzberg, the small Kirchdorf at the dams in the middle of the Bergisches Land/ Nordrhein-Westphalia. Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming pool lockers and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric Awning is part of it. A dog is very welcome.

Our place can easily accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy the idyll on our property as well as in the renovated apartment on the first floor. In addition to two bedrooms, it offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, one and a half bathrooms as well as a terrace. On request, it is also possible to use the basement bar. The same applies to the garden incl. barbecue pavilion.

A bathroom with bathtub and shower. NO kitchen, but dishes, Senseo coffee machine, fridge, kettle, toaster and a microwave with grill. Free parking, by arrangement on the property or in front of it.
