Imagine peace & quiet, a private track with no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offers a different beautiful view... East sunrise, shaded south sitting place; but sunny in winter! Lunch/dinner facing west, shaded by an old pear tree. Nights are dark, starry, silent or animal sounds!. Village life is lovely 7min walk across meadows. Small farmshop (in Winter). In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves homecooked food.

Mini cottage surrounded by the green of the mini Valbruna golf course. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka,toaster ,microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks , toast bread,jams. In the bathroom, shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini golf cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left there is the indication of the mini golf.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.

Beautiful panoramic views of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal are available from the terrace. The location is perfectly suited for nature hiking and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are a 40-60-minute drive by car. The house has about 60 m² and also includes a sauna.
