Mbashe River Heights is self catering accommodation situated just off the N2 at Mbashe River Bridge 30km from Idutywa and 55km from Mthata, in in a rural village called Mzinya close to Qunu(Mandelas home and burial place) and Mvezo(Mandelas birth place). The Mbashe river is ideal for fishing small mouth yellow fish, carp, palling and barbell. Beautiful area for motorbikes and mountain bikes. Birdlife great including vulture breeding ground, secretary birds, fish eagles, hawks. Great for reps.

130 year old farm house located on the farm Glengyle in the Wartrail farming district of Barkly East. Available is still water trout fishing in winter, a house keeper, this, Wifi and Netflix, pet friendly, swimming pool and a tennis club close by, there about 100 km of hikes, rivers, fishing, runs and biking paths on the roads and mountains in the district. We know how important traveling with dogs 🐶 is. We making the property more and more dog friendly. Had about 20 dogs visit so far.

The Cobblers is a studio type accommodation which combines the living and bedroom area in one open plan space. There is a separate area for the kitchen and bathroom. It has wooden flooring and a Queen Anne fireplace for those chilly evenings often experienced in Rhodes. The side veranda area has breath taking view of the Carlisle Hoek valley.
