We are located in the heart of Gudauta, in a quiet and peaceful street, away from the highway and railways. The sea is 350 meters away, or a 5-minute walk. The name Ab 'ahcha is translated from Abkhaz as "garden". Opening August 2021.

1910 Castle in Gagra "Princes Castle"

The castle of 1910, one of the buildings of the complex of buildings of the "Prince's time", is the same as the bookmarks of the Gagra resort. There are several versions of who previously owned the lock. For one of them, this is the guest house of Ilya Silina, a friend of Prince Alexander Oldenburgsky. The other is Bulgaridt's house. In the 1950s, there was a music school in the building. The building was closed for many years. We managed to restore it and preserve stucco ,stairs and add modern,comfortable furniture ,atmosphere in the castle .

Apartment is located on the first line from the sea. The beach is 50 m away. There are a large number of shops, cafes, canteens within a walking distance. On the beach, even in peak season, is quite available. In November, they made a completely overhaul, new furniture, European plumbing. We did it for you. I live in Rostov myself, this is an apartment to relax in. There is also a children's high chair for feeding. Internet WiFi, TV connected.
