Charming separate home with large yard & privacy

This house was originally a chicken coop! It was built in 1925 but was converted into a gorgeous, cozy guest house. We live in the larger house built on the front of the same lot. This single story house is ideal for comfort and security, with a large yard and plenty of privacy. It's also less than a block from the Silver Line bus route that whisks you to downtown GR. You’ll love its comfort and convenience. We cater to couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with two ponds. We have hiking trails around the ponds and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat. Highway 131 is only two miles away. We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area.
