Camping without having to set up a tent! Private stand alone studio sized cabin with 1/2 bath, running water--hot and cold--toilet, king bed that folds into twin day bed, no shower. Main cabin has full bath that is available upon request. Easy access to the lake and owner's kayaks and canoe. Nearest restaurant/cafe right now the pandemic took away the nearest restaurant however Farmington and Winthrop each have places to eat. Owner will be in residence throughout your stay. Dogs are welcome.

My sister and i will welcome you to our guest cottage on a quiet lake in Belgrade. We are including a dropped off gourmet breakfast-you pick the time, between 7:30 and 9:00. We include waterfront access as well as use of a kayak. We are located on a beautiful lake in the middle of the woods. Peaceful and absolulely quiet. We will practice extreme sanitation as well as social distancing. One well behaved dog is welcome as long as they are not left alone in the cottage- dog bed supplied.

The Bird’s Nest - mini split quiet AC/Heat

Cozy, pick your temperature, great nights sleep and breakfast. Guests consistently tell us they had the best nights sleep of their trip in our 1777 home, 1/2 mile from Winthrop beach, and close to Maranacook Lake, hiking, and amenities. Deer, turkeys, and a cornucopia of bird species roam the property daily. Bird’s Nest, bathroom, dining room and other rooms are freshly renovated.
