Listing basics • The house is 2 rooms 1 hall 1 bathroom, about 25 ping, can accommodate up to 7 guests.Please note that the space can be slightly tight when the number of people checking in is close to a full load.If you wish to have a larger space, it is recommended to keep it under 4 people. • During the Chinese New Year's Festival (New Year's Eve to the Fourth): Regardless of the actual number of guests, please select the maximum number of guests (7 guests) to book. Facilities & Supplies • For environmental reasons, toothbrush, large bath towel or soap are not provided.One standard size towel (40x76cm) will be provided for each guest. • The nearest convenience store is about a 3 minute walk, for other daily necessities are available at the convenience store. Check in rules • No smoking indoors and balconies to maintain the quality of the property. • Please check in on time, be sure to inform beforehand for changing the time.We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we are unable to accommodate unannounced after a late arrival. Dawn is located in a 6th floor elevator tower apartment, close to Hengchun Old Street, next to shopping malls and markets, easy parking.The apartment is close to Starbucks and McDonald's on the provincial road, whether it is to Kenting Street or Manchuria Jialeshui, the north and south are very convenient.There are bright and spacious large balcony spaces in front and back of the apartment, and the living room faces Sengguan Mountain (West) with large floor-to-ceiling windows and an open outdoor small balcony to watch the sunset.Kitchen and dining Facing Chi Niuling (east), there is a large indoor balcony (laundry and drying room) with an en-suite (with bathroom), two elegant rooms, a shared bathroom, and full kitchen and dining facilities.The apartment is located on the 6th floor of an elevator tower.
