Beautiful farmhouse with new huge enclosed screen porch on 5 acres without a neighbor in sight. Once a working farm, now a weekend getaway for friends and family. The property has a main home and an authentic cabin moved over from the Indian Beach Resort on Green Lake. Perfect for groups but very private. Unique home located on the Crow River, walking distance to downtown New London with shopping, coffee, restaurants and a brewery. The property has a fire pit and dock and you can watch the New London water ski show from the dock. The home was built in 1912 as a hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) but has been converted into a comfortable and fun place to gather friends and family. Part of the yard is completely fenced in.
