Enjoy lovely sea views in cozy fully equipped guest house. Barely 50 meters to the sea and possibility of jetty with swimming ladder. We live in the big house on the same property but you have your own guest house and private patio with sea views. Parking outside. Guest cottage is located in Björkenäs which is nice natural area with nice swimming spot and walking distance to Kalmar golf course (Värsnäs). Distance: - Kalmar city about 8 km. - Ölandsbron about 8 km. - Kalmar Golfklubb (Värsnäs) 1.6 km. - Grocery stores 4-5 km.

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Cottage close to the sea

Completely renovated cottage in 2024. Come and enjoy your holiday with your partner/family in a cosy place. The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....

Completely newly renovated house with parking, air conditioning as well as a patio in central Kalmar! Close to both Kalmar city center and Kalmar Castle! Perfect for Ironman: The bike goes in both directions right outside the house! Also about 250m to the running distance and walking distance to the start of the swimming! Approximately 1500 meters to Bike Park. Ironman Week is booked in full at least 6 days 13-19 (or 14-20) August.
