Pizzeria & gas station around the corner. 3km ELV 500m square 1km Kalles Lek & Latjo 3 km Björkbacken's outdoor bath Animals have been in the home. TV with good selection of channels. Final cleaning included. Linné & terry cloth not included. The house is since 1901 & can be experienced responsive if you are sensitive to noise, we live on the upper floor.

Nice modern apartment 50 m from Sandvik harbor

Here you live a stone's throw from the cozy harbor of Sandvik in a newly-built apartment with all the amenities. The apartment is located behind Sandviks Hamnkrog, secluded but still close to everything. In the summer there are restaurants, cafés and ICA Close to everything within a few minutes walk. Swimming areas are within a few hundred meters or you take our bikes for your own secluded place. Öland offers many excursions for those who want to explore the island. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature with large windows and nice views. Enjoy the morning coffee by the pond for the bird chirping. If you're lucky, you might meet a swan or deer on the plot! Biking distance to Borgholm, the caramel cooker and the chapel's nice beach. Close to a hiking trail through mythical sörbyborg and Skedemosse museum and sacrificial site. The single-story apartment located in an old utility room has a homey feel even though renovation is in progress.

Exclusive apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters (heated from May 15 to September 15) Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

Top apartment at Kvarnholmen, central Kalmar

Great rooftop apartment in the heart of Kalmar. Perfect location for everything. The apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Third floor with a lovely view over the rooftops, no elevator. When you enter from the street, you are met by a beautiful courtyard with an old grapevine. The apartment is nicely decorated and there is a strict smoking ban. The bedroom has a queen size bed. If you are looking for a nice place to stay during the Ironman, this is the right place!

Welcome to a nice 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen (70 sqm). Located 400 meters from Kalmar sund, close to Ölandsbron, close to beautiful hiking areas and 3 km to the city center. The apartment is in a quiet area yet central and close to everything that Kalmar has to offer! It includes a parking space on its own property. It's no coincidence that Kalmar is postponed to Sweden's summer city! Small patio in nice setting.

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
